LOGAN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - The suspect in a day-long standoff in Lakeview last month could be facing more charges as the grand jury will be reviewing his case.

He refused to open the door. Neighbors were evacuated, and additional law enforcement was called in. Tolliver continued to fire his gun. The Marysville Special Response Team tried to enter with flash grenades, but Tolliver fired at them. After hours of talking, law enforcement started to return fire, hitting Tolliver. He was taken into custody and treated for his injuries at a Dayton hospital.
