SENTENCING
Daniel Lehmkuhle, III, 25, Delphos, Trespass in a Habitation Where a Person is Present or Likely to be Present, F4 – sentenced to up to 6 months at the WORTH Center, 3 years Community Control, 30 days jail at a later date, 100 hours Community Service, mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment, ordered to pay partial appointed counsel fees, monthly probation fees and court costs.
Gary Hough, 52, Van Wert, Having Weapons While Under Disability, F3 – sentenced to 3 years Community Control, 30 days jail at a later date, mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment, no alcohol or drugs without a prescription, random screens, ordered to pay partial appointed counsel fees, monthly probation fees and court costs.
PROBATION/BOND/TREATMENT IN LIEU VIOLATION
Cody Gheen, 28, Van Wert, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, admitted violating his bond and treatment in lieu by failing a drug screen. He was then sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 32 days already served.
Kyle Jacks, 33, Delphos, Domestic Violence, M1, admitted violating his probation by failing a drug screen. He was then sentenced to 90 days jail with credit for 56 days already served, ordered to pay court costs.
TREATMENT IN LIEU
Kendra Keesler, 28, Van Wert, was granted an extension of her Treatment in Lieu for an additional year to allow her more time to finish paying court costs.
PRE-TRIAL
Zachariah Germann, 36, Ohio City, Domestic Violence, F3, completed a diversion program successfully; prosecutor to dismiss case.
CHANGE OF PLEA
Ethan Bear, 23, Lima, changed his plea to Guilty to Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5. He then requested, and was granted, Intervention in Lieu of Conviction,and his case was stayed pending completion of the treatment program.
Sean Bright, 28, Van Wert, changed his plea to Guilty of Domestic Violence, M1. Court ordered a presentence investigation and set sentencing for 2/14/24 @ 10:00a.m.
