An Auglaize County man charged with multiple sex related charges wants to check out the mental records of his ex wife and the victim.
Through his attorneys, Charles Wycuff has filed a motion asking the Franklin County Court for permission to review the complete mental health records for his former wife and co-defendant Lori Anderson and the victim who accused Wycuff of the crime.
Anderson is facing 25 charges, while Wycuff is facing 54 charges which range from rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition, and obstructing justice.
Most of the charges stem from incidents that took place between 1997 and 1999. Wycuff claims both the victim and Anderson underwent psychological care during that time or after. The judge has yet to rule on the motion.
