FINDLAY, OHIO (WLIO) - A juvenile has been arrested for a May shooting in Findlay that left one person dead. Findlay police officers say that the juvenile has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, voluntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence, and having weapons under disability for the death of 18-year-old J'vion Zimmerman of Port Clinton. On the night of May 26th, officers got a call about a male that had been shot in an alley off of the 100 block of Howard St. There, they found Zimmerman with a gunshot wound to the chest. Officers began CPR, and Zimmerman was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries. Police are not releasing the suspect’s name right now, but the case is expected to be bound over to Hancock Co. Common Pleas Court in the next few weeks, and it will be released then.
