LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The Ohio State University in Lima is helping its students think about their future in the workforce. It's Career Week on the campus, and there will be a variety of events focused on helping the students land their first job.

During the week, students look closer at internships, which can take what they are learning in the classroom and put it into practice in the real world.

"And this week, we will have a mini-intern fair coffee and careers event. Where a few employers will be coming on campus and talking about the keys to getting a successful internship. They will be sharing with students resume-building tips, volunteerism, interviewing tips, and job search tips as well," says Rachel Richardson, career development manager at OSU Lima.

The students also had a suit-up event at JCPenney this week to help them dress for success at their first job.
