Christopher Peters plead not guilty to the new charges he is facing related to the death of a 15 month old baby.
Peters is being charged with aggravated murder with specifications, murder, felonious assault and endangering children after purposely causing the death of 15 month old Hayden Ivan Ridinger. Peters plead not guilty to all four counts, and his pre-trial is set for December 12th. He could be looking at 31 years in prison unless the jury decides to give him the death penalty. Peters is also facing 70-thousand dollars in fines and he currently remains in Van Wert County Jail on a two million dollar bond.Â
