A Lima man who was arrested back in 2021 in connection to a shooting at Marko's in downtown Lima has changed his plea in court.

Chainze Tucker agreed to a plea deal that would have him plead guilty to three counts of having weapons under disability and one count of felonious assault -- in exchange for the rest of his charges dismissed.

A sentence agreement was also reached by prosecution and the defense of a recommendation of 20 years in prison. Tucker was arrested back in March of 2021 in connection to a shooting at Marko's. Ralph Upshaw was shot in the back during the incident.
A sentencing date has been set for June 28th in Allen County Common Pleas Court.
