ST. MARYS, OH (WLIO) - A Saint Marys man has been ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation after being charged with rape and other charges.
56-year-old Timothy Kohlhorst was indicted on charges of rape, gross sexual imposition, sexual battery, abduction, and burglary. Court documents say the offense happened at the beginning of August 2022.
In September, Kohlhorst will be taken to the Forensic Psychiatry Center in Dayton for an evaluation. He is being held in an Auglaize County Jail on a $100,000 bond and if he is released, he is ordered not to have any contact with the female victim and her family.
