Brett Caven has been working as a snow plow driver in Lima for 12 years....a job that presents a unique set of challenges that Ohio Department of Transportation snow plow drivers may not see. He says people in Lima may not fully understand those challenges.
Deputy Director of Public works, Saul Allen, says his trucks have to watch out for narrow roads, people walking around town, and other drivers.
Allen says he cannot say when the roads in Lima will be clear, but that he and his team will be working until the roads are cleared.
