Russia, St. Henry and Marion Local all earn wins at Versailles Lady Tiger Classic

Several teams picked up notable wins across a busy slate of girls basketball action, highlighted by strong individual performances and unbeaten streaks continuing — and ending.
In Game 1, Russia defeated Brookville 56-48. Aryana Cordonnier was named the game’s MVP after leading the Raiders to the win.
Game 2 saw St. Henry remain unbeaten, improving to 14-0 with a 54-42 victory over Waynesville. Molly Wendel led the Redskins with 14 points, while Morgan Baumer added 12 in the balanced effort.
Game 3 featured another statement performance from Marion Local, as the Flyers knocked off Tipp City 48-33. The loss marked the first of the season for the Red Devils, who entered the game 14-0. Mya Eckstein powered Marion Local with 21 points in the win.
