Justilien is facing charges of murder, strangulation, rape, and felonious assault for the March 13, 2024, death of a 26-year-old woman, Christland Auguste. Both the victim and defendant are originally from Haiti. Justilien will appear for another pretrial hearing on September 9th.Â
