A verdict has been reached in the case of a Lima man facing multiple charges including rape.
Frank Alexander has been found guilty on ten counts of rape, six counts of sexual battery, and one count of gross sexual imposition.
According to an indictment, the alleged acts occurred during various periods of time, starting as early as 2008 and again from 2011 until January 2019. The indictment states that the victims were under 13 years old at the time.
Closing arguments were presented by the state and defense on the final day of the trial. Afterward, the jury was dismissed to deliberate towards a decision.
Alexander will be sentenced on January 24th of 2022.
