If you’re heading to downtown Lima for Free Comic Book Day on May 7th, be sure and make a stop at ArtSpace/Lima.
The work of graphic novel artist Bryan Moss will be on display in all three galleries. From Columbus, Moss has been developing his talents from an early age. He has had several graphic novels published and is eager to share his love of art with the kids.
Bryan Moss, Graphic Novel Artist says, “When I was younger, 5, 6, I went to rec centers and that is what impacted me as an artist really early on. My goal this weekend during Free Comic Book Day is to have that same experience and to share that same energy. And the process of that will be just having fun, making illustrations, making comics, and celebrating Comic Book Day.”
Kids, along with their parents, can come to ArtSpace from 10 am to 2 pm to participate in Moss’s workshop on Saturday, May 7th. The opening of his show started Friday evening. People could meet the artist and see his work from 6:30 pm to 8 pm Friday evening at ArtSpace (65 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801).
