The City of Lima is working to promote its resources for small businesses.
The city's Workforce and Small Business Development Program will host these sessions, providing an opportunity for small business owners and entrepreneurs to meet with city staff, learn about available resources and funding opportunities, and get their questions answered.
“Last year, we had over $100,000 invested into small businesses,” said Amber Martin, workforce and small business development coordinator for the City of Lima. “It’s about continuing to promote that, providing opportunities for individuals to work through the applications with us, answering any questions they may have, and ensuring they feel confident in their application for these funds.”
The monthly office hours will take place from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the last Thursday of each month at the Lima Public Library.
