HANCOCK COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Perrysburg man was sentenced to life in prison without parole for raping a child in Hancock County.
35-year-old Raymond Carter was sentenced this morning on two rape charges. He pleaded guilty to the charges at an earlier hearing, along with child pornography charges. The victim was under 10 years old, and the offenses started in 2018. Carter is facing similar charges in Wood and Franklin counties.
