An Arlington man has received his verdict in his case.
Ronald Dean Lauck has been found guilty of intimidation, but not guilty of felonious assault.
A sentencing date has been set for March 29th.
According to court records and law enforcement, Lauck fired a shotgun at a Hancock County deputy, who was responding to a domestic violence call involving his son. Gunfire was exchanged before law enforcement was able to arrest Lauck. No one was injured in the incident.
Lauck was then indicted on the charges of felonious assault and intimidation, both with gun specifications.
